A Hotelier by profession, Thato Thaga has an International Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Higher Diploma in Business Management and a B.Comm Degree in Human Resources & Industrial Psychology. She has undergone supplementary training and received accolades in several leadership programs for hospitality, awarded by specialized schools and sat on various hospitality boards and advisory committees. One of the leading young women in the hospitality & tourism sector.

THATO started her career in intimate boutique hotels and later moved to the 5 star Sheraton Pretoria Hotel where she experienced the highlights of her hospitality career as a candidate of the Vita Futura Management Training Program. She was exposed to world standard hotels as she travelled abroad and absorbed 5 star hospitality, which she passionately translated into entrepreneurship buy running her own establishment .
